Cookie Policy
This policy explains what Reeliy (https://reeliy.com) stores in your browser when you visit, why it does so, and how you stay in control. It applies to the whole site and should be read with our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly. The site is operated by Reeliy.
The short version: this site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. There are no accounts or logins, and nothing here tracks you.
What cookies and localStorage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website or a third party asks your browser to save and send back on later requests. localStorage is a similar browser storage area, but the site reads it directly and it is not sent automatically with each request; sessionStorage is the same idea, but it is emptied when the browser tab closes. Where this policy says “cookies” without more detail, it means all of these.
Numbers you type into a calculator are calculated in your own browser, and the site never uploads them. They are not saved in cookies or browser storage either. After you press the button, though, they are added to the page address, which travels with the address wherever it goes: shared links and server logs. The Privacy Policy explains this under “Calculator values and the page address”.
What this site stores
At the date shown on this page, Reeliy sets no cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services, so there are no cookie categories to choose between and no consent to give.
The only thing the site may keep in your browser: if you open the cookie note from the footer (“Cookie settings” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”) and close it, a small marker called consent_dismissed_v1 is kept in your browser’s session storage so that the note stays closed in that tab. It is not an identifier, it is not sent to us, and it disappears when the tab closes.
If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent, where the law requires it, before anything is set.
Browser controls
Every major browser lets you see, delete and block cookies and site data, usually under privacy or security settings. The site works the same whichever you choose, since it does not rely on any.
Request logs
Standard request logs kept by our hosting infrastructure (IP address, browser details, requested page, time and response status) are not cookies. For a calculator link that someone shares, the requested page includes the numbers in its address. These logs are covered in the Privacy Policy.
Embedded widgets
A tool embedded on another website through the code on our Widgets page behaves like the rest of the site: it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The website around the widget is responsible for its own cookies and notices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, the services we use or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the last substantive change. If a change would meaningfully widen what is stored on your device, we will update this page and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again. Our Advertising Disclosure says whether the site shows advertising.
