The way to reach Reeliy, which is run by Fikrra Plus Research and Development in Educational Technology L.L.C. S.P.C., is email. Write to support@reeliy.com. The postal address is Seih Shuaib 3, WHF2 Block-A Commercial, P.O. Box 11111, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; it tells you who runs the site, and questions and requests are still handled by email.
There is no contact form and no account to create. Tell us what you need and include enough detail for us to act on it.
What you can write about
- A calculation error. A result, label or unit that looks wrong.
- A calculator suggestion. A tool or converter you would like to see added.
- A privacy request. To see, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing. See the Privacy Policy.
- Advertising. Questions about the ads shown here. Our Advertising Disclosure explains how ads work on this site.
- Anything else. If it fits none of the above, write anyway.
Reporting a calculation error
Errors are easiest to fix when we can reproduce them. Please include:
- the calculator name and page address
- the values you entered, with units and any options selected (test figures are fine)
- the result the page showed
- the result you expected, and the formula, source or worked example behind it
When we confirm a mistake we fix it promptly and change the page’s update date. The Editorial Policy explains how calculators are built and checked.
Privacy requests
Say in your email that it is a privacy request and which right you want to use: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or an opt-out of sale or sharing for advertising. If you are in California, say so.
The site has no accounts, so the personal data we can link to you directly is limited: emails you send us and standard server logs.
Cookies from Google’s analytics and advertising services are set in your browser, and you can manage them yourself with your cookie choice, your browser settings and tools such as Google Ads Settings.
We aim to reply to privacy requests within one month (GDPR) or 45 days (California). Your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

If you are not happy with our response, you can also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
What to expect from us
We aim to reply to error reports, suggestions and general messages within 5 working days. Privacy requests follow the time limits above.
- We cannot give personal financial, medical, tax or legal advice, or say what a result means for your situation. Results are estimates for information only (see the Disclaimer).
- We cannot promise to build every suggested calculator, but every suggestion is welcome.
Keep sensitive details out
We do not need or want sensitive personal data by email. Please do not send passwords, government ID numbers, bank or card details, or health records.
The calculators do not upload what you type, so we cannot see it. But a link to a calculation contains the numbers in its address, so if you send us one, we can read them. When you report a problem, use example figures that reproduce it rather than your real ones.
How we use your email
We use what you send only to answer you, keep a record of the correspondence and handle privacy requests, and we keep it only as long as needed. The legal basis and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
